The place itself is new so it is nice but is just outside of the city and there is nothing to do nearby.  It is in the Indian reservation and it is surrounded by car lots, and light industrial and residental area.  You'll have to go about 5 miles to restaurants/shops and about 7 miles to the beach.  The tourist attractions are nowhere near that place so you'll need to get a car to see anything outside.  I know couple people from out of town that stayed there and they pretty much all said they'll go to Las Vegas next time.  
   
I live couple miles from there and yet I never had any desire to go there.

I was just there this past Monday with my wife for The Steve Miller Band concert. It's a pretty nice place, the casino only has slots & poker though. There are a lot of restaurants & bars. The place was kicking on a monday night, so i would assume that the weekends get really good.  There is a really good Steakhouse called Oak Room (i think) & a mexican place with a mechanical bull, plenty of drunk womenz trying to ride it.  

I was there last fall. Lost $40 on nickel slots.

Being a native, the Casino is awesome. Lots of night life, and relatively decent pricing for what it is, very luxurious, the AC works, the place smells like smoke though...

There are bars, a Hooters etc. And it is a great place to go if you are looking for a night on the town.

However, the traffic in the area SUCKS MAJOR BUTT going southbound from Griffin Road. So if you go, get off at Stirling Rd. from I-95 instead and go north at 441, you will be glad you did.

ETA: Play the .25 Monopoly and Wheel of Fortune Machines with Max bets, 3 spins always atleast doubles my money.
