With recent PO killings in Goleta, CA. got me thinking.
This wack job obtained a weapon illegally, concealed it illegally, and on and on.
My question is this. What % of all handgun crimes in the US (homicide, robbery etc)
were committed by LEGAL CCW Permit holders? Less than 10%, 5% , 1% ?
I'll add the usual preach to the choir:
Guns don't kill, people do.
