Wife is out of town for 3 weeks in a school for her company in N.C. Kids and grandkids live in Az. I grilled a salmon steak, steamed some rice, ane made a fresh spinich salad with raisans, strawberrys, and walnuts. Speaking of nuts, I'm going nuts without my wife. I guess you guys are my family tonight. Thanks for being here.
