Atleast 6 years.  Only reason the mileage on my present vehicle is that high is because I used to drive from Ft Bragg to Charlotte atleast once a month back when I was stationed there. Also, I usually drive my truck when going out of town for shooting coures. Driving to the Atlanta area every so many weeks racks up the miles.

It depends.

My mom drives her cars a lot.  She has 6K on her Chevy TrailBlazer.  It had 800 when we got it this past July.

My dad doesn't drive his truck a lot, he has had 8K added to his truck since July of 04.

IIRC my dad got rid of a 1995 Chevy C3500 in 2003.  He had 51K when he bought it in 1997.  He got rid of it in 2003 with 180K on it.

In 5 years my parents got a '88 Chevy Astro from 34K to 122K, then it threw a rod.

I did 130,000 miles on my '99 Stratus in five years. Still running strong for my daughter.

95 Impala is a great car.

I got a 96 chevy pickup truck with over 150k miles on it. The sad part about it is that I have a company truck so those miles on my personal truck is from my weekend driving.

For my company pickup it usually just takes two years - possibly plus a month if things are slow.

For my personal rigs we've put on about 50,000 in 6 years. I guess I work too much

about 6 years on the one I drive.   My wife would take about 10 years for hers.  My mom's has 22K after 4.5 years.  I told her she's the little old lady from Pasedena.

I put something like 20k + on my car every year. I beat the hell out of it, most miles are around town, stop and go. I trade the suckers in at about 80k, before they need any major repairs. (I LOVE new car smell)
