Is there a site/database on-line that has complete dissertations or papers?

I've tried googling it, but the results are all advertisements for sites that sells/creates/plagiarisms papers for a fee, which is what I don't want
Google scholar didn't return any good results also.

Could somebody recommend a good site?

Thanks in advance

Can't your thesis advisors answer your questions?

Are you looking for examples in a particular discipline?

I assume you're in college/grad school yourself.  The campus library should have copies of every dissertation and thesis accepted by the University since its inception.

Yes. It's called a library.

Turn off the computer and hike down to the local University library.  They should have all kinds of academic papers on file, including those written by your Professors.

If you just want to read some online papers, try the Army War College

Well, I suppose that I should have been more specific.

First of all, I am studying for a masters degree and doing a graduation thesis on the Patriot Act and FISA.
I am currently in Japan on a job contract and found out that by transferring the credit hours that I earned in the US, I can get a masters degree in a relatively short time.
Due to the subject that I have chosen, there is not much material that I can get locally, I have ordered books about both acts, but they are lacking compared to what I used when I was in university.

So that is the reason why I am trying to find material on-line.

Edited for spelling.

Thanks for the replies.
Unfortunately, none of them provide the material that I want.
Does anybody have any other links?

could provide a lot more help if you'd be a little more specific, like... what's the freakin topic?

Well, as I did write a few posts above, the topic that I have chosen is the Patriot Act and FISA

If you can't find it here don't bother looking anywhere else:

See if your library subscribes to Dissertation Abstracts.  It'll have the abstracts for free, but you have to pay for the fulltext of the dissertations themselves.
