If they are for the purpose of fixing a problem and not for exaggerating bodily porportions how do you feel about them?

I usually "feel about them" with my hands. The way I really feel is, I think they are unnatural and a woman that has them, is a TURN OFF to me. Call me old fashioned, but I like natural.

Better living through chemistry

No SCIENTIFIC evidence that they are harmful. Surgery has risks , but they are remote and acceptable. 2 thumbs up.

Unless we're talking reconstruction after surgery they turn me off. A woman so vain with such a low opinion of herself that she thinks that her mammary gland size is of importance to finding a mate is a poor choice and will have serious long term issues.

I like glands big or small - just make them real like the woman behind them.

UM...

If a woman believes that the size of her chest will impact her attractiveness to the opposite sex.... then she has done her homework and knows the facts..

Until we men stop caring about the size and shape of a woman's chest, we need to avoid passing judgement...

Personally, I'm fine with breast implants if they make the woman feel good about herself...

To be honest, I don't get the whole "drive to look better" thing...most women have to fight the men off....

I think it is sad. IMO, natural is better in all but the most rare of cases. I just cringe when I see some thin 120lb women that has implants and it looks like a couple of softballs have ben shoved under her skin, with her nipples pointing in two different oddball directions. She might look fine with clothes on, but with clothes off,... yuk. In any case, my opinion is that the size does not matter, but the shape and fullness does. Besides, feeling fake breast is compareable to squeezing a nerf ball of comparable size. Not as fun nor as sexy as the real thing. IMO

Only all natural for me, including really hairy armpits and legs, Viva La Fronce!

Ugliest boob job is the half moon scar on the areola ridge.

Second ugliest boob job is the 4-5" scar under the breast.

I don't have a problem with them. Some women look foolish when they get big of boobs that don't fit their body. A very good friend of mine had her boobs enlarged and they look fantastic. The great thing about her is that she loves to show them off and I get to play with them every now and again.

As a rule, I don't like them. I'm not one of those "big boobs or nothing" guys. Small boobs, medium, large, whatever. It totally depends on the woman. Some women are very well suited to small breasts, and look great with them.

However, if a woman has droopy boobs, and wants a little surgical adjustment, here's some advise. Don't be cheap. If you expect natural looking and feeling results, save up for the best you can get. There is a difference.

Hell, sometimes the procedure involves romoving the entire nipple, and I have seen a pair that, after the operation was done, the nipples weren't lined up properly. Talk about regret. This minor error stood out like a sore thumb....or sore nipple, whatever.

Geez, this sounds like a contradiction to me. I thought small breasts WERE a problem to fix--through exaggerating bodily proportions!! LOL I can say that cuz my wife is 36D. I love my wife. Real is best! Fake is next best, but not worth the surgical risk, IMO.

The problem I have with implants is that they are harder than real breast tissue. When I go to strip club and get a lap dance, dancers will often lean up against me, and I can feel the implants, and it isn't altogather pleasant.

As far as size goes, anything more than a handful (mouthful?) is wasted.
