OSmeone sent me an instant message and when I replied to them it would not go through.  I got this error.
This user is not accepting site Instant Messages.


Is this normal or some glitch?  I mean, if they are sending IM's how do they have IM's turned off?

Just wnat to see if this is normal.

It's in the profile options of the account.  You can choose to accept emails and IM's, or not to accept them
