I don't know, but in AZ or CA it should be real popular with the old school cholos.

depends on how beat it is, how bad the interior is, any body damage, and if by chance it actually can run without a complete rebuild of the tranny and engine.

Its not worth much, 99% of people dont want a 4 door car especially a Impala, now if it was a two door well I would be at your house.

Chevy's are in high demand, I always sold them like hot cakes.

In Kentucky, because of the rust issues associated with cars of that age, My father in law buys them for $50 if it is in REALLY good shape. If the rust is bad then he charges $50 to pick it up.

ETA- don't know what they would go for in AZ though

sitting for 20 years might mean a lot of damage:  rust, dry rot, gas in gas tank turned to yellow powder, same for gas in carbureta, fuel pump, gas lines.  Probably not worth trying to get it back in running condition, but might be worth a lot more if parted out.

Is it a matching numbers car? Any odd factory options, did  Chuck Norris ever own it? If its just another four door in good shape, maybe $500 bucks running Imps sell for around 700 to 1500 .here.

28,000 miles when parked, mint condition when parked.  Driven once a month to make sure everything is fine.  Over the years it has been sitting its had its oil change when needed etc.  Exterior is typical Az sun patterend (faded) interior is faded as well.  Those are the only things wrong with it.  Runs and drives fine, its just never used.

Insure it, primer it, and put wires on it.   It will be stolen in a week.  Be sure you have it appraised high and insure it for stated value.  Keep the tank full, be sure it makes it over the border.

That's a really mint 2 door with a 409.

If the paint and interior were perfect maybe 5k or 5500.  Maybe 3k as is, depending on engine.

If you want to move it fast.  Put it on e-bay with a lot of pics and an honest description of the car.

When every we have a "one of kind car" or hard to find car  we put it on ebay (I'm a sales manager at a new Buick store).  That way you have alot of people looking at it and hopefully bidding on it.  Make sure you put a reserve on it  that's high enough to make your friend happy.  Who knows it may double the reserve you have set.  If it doesn't get close to the reserve you want at least you will know what you could get  for it.
