A snowman stands in a park after a blast of winter bringing heavy wet snow and cold temperatures in north Vancouver, British Columbia, November 29, 2005. The unexpected wintry conditions offered residents a change of scenery in the normally dreary and rainy lower mainland on the Canadian west coast.

Everybody that lives in Minnesota looks like that.

This is me spending time with my grandkid and his dog just the other day.

Found a cool little freeware app that lets you make animated gifs by just dragging & dropping the gifs in a window.

A little freeware app called "UnFREEz.exe".

I swear it is the easiest thing to use. Only thing it does is make animated gifs, but it makes it really easy.

Interface is this:

pretty much idiot proof.

You can download it here

After you unzip it, you just run it as an exe every time you use it, it doesn'tt install anything.

Just drag, drop and create. Hint - you can only drop GIF files into it.  The rest all depends on your MS paint or photoshop skills in creating the series of GIFs to animate.
