You're heading towards the Grand Lodge of Louisiana, and there's a couple of items that I need you to pick up for me from the ruins of the Etoile Polare Lodge.....on Kerlerec Street.....

Basically, a cape, a large book, and a, uh, lamp.

I have been driving through New Orleans for the last 8 days . We have been working in Chalmette .
 No one is being stopped and disarmed . Many residential areas are still flooded . Interstate travel is limited for civillians . I work for the power company so the Military doesn't even give us a second look .
The traffic can be a real bitch on the access roads in and out of the city .

       Take food , water and a camera .
