Yup..the Halliburton Hurricane Machine takes a full 2 weeks to start up and another 10 days to shut down. You didn't think you just flipped a switch did you?

DC was off flying the super secrect UFO weather machine in a covert operation to wipe out the mayor of New Orleans. And enrich Haliburton of course. Actually I would love to see the president nominate Cheney to the supreme court just so I can watch Ted Kennedys head literally explode on national television. |
