Is there a way to have the cpu not check for a keyboard on boot-up?

I use a usb keyboard and sometimes it doesn't pick it up so it stops at the "keyboard not found" screen. Press F1 to continue, how the heck can I press F1 if it doesn't see the keyboard? lol

Thanks

I think you can disable it in the BIOS

Check the BIOS...may have a setting for that.

There is usually a setting in the BIOS to turn off the keyboard check.
