I bought a Luger P22 and the one they sold  me new in box was a CA model.
I bought it for two reasons. One for my boys to shoot and two to put a Gemtech Outback can on it.
The CA model doesn't have the :barrel nut" on the end or wrench to easily gain access to the threads.

Would you  take it back and see if they'll trade me the for display model which is not the CA model.
I'm sure they didn't know there was a difference and did not do it on purpose.

Or would you call  it tuition and buy another one when the ATF paperwork goes through and the can arrives ?

With my luck the display model will be a jam-o-matic.
The one I have had no problems through five mags with assorted ammo.
