California swiftwater rescue boats sit idle for fear of security of the personell.
Why don't you people that need to be rescued realize that your neighbors are causing you not to be rescued and do something about it? Oh that's right, the only thing you're good at is waiting for the .gov to rescue you. No knock on the people that were unable to leave because of physical reasons, but you "men" that are supposed to be head of your household, take care of your f*cking family.
