Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Getting a Class 3 license in Tennessee

How hard is it to get a Class 3 in say, East Tennessee? I've looked at the DOT website, the ATF website, the FBI website, the CIA website, and the THP website but none of them have it. Any help on it???  Thanks

Ask a local C3 dealer in your area.  You will have to have an FFL of course.  Also I doubt you can pull it off unless you have a store front or at least some shop area for gunsmithing if you are going to claim to be a C2.  One more thing, not sure if you are asking for yourself, but you will need to be 21.
