I would not be surprised to see Klinton actually vote for this bill in prep to running for POTUS in 2008.

Senator Blanche Lincoln, D-AR cosponsored this bill last time it was introduced as well.

Reason?  A democratic senator who sees the light maybe?  Nah -- she's just doing it for votes.  Who is located in Arkansas?
