Changing cell providers and have to get new phones.
Current phones are one year old Motorola i530's for NEXTEL.
Does anyone buy used cell phones?

I don't know about buying used cell phones, but we got a $150.00 per phone tax deduction for donating two last year.  They went through Cingular to battered women's shelters.

Too many different protocals through cell providers.......better off  donating it, they will always dial 911 for someone in need

I found an on line company that buys cell phones.
Has anyone done something like this?
They re-sell used phones to people that have lost a phone and don't want to pay full price again.
Also, where did you donate your phone?  Was it a local organization?
