I started brushing after I eat, if I'm at home, but not at work.  I'm starting to hate grungy teeth

My mother is going to be 70 in a few months, and she has all her teeth. She brushes 2X per day, and so do I. Hopefully I'll keep my teeth like her

I normally brush in the morning after getting up and then once again before getting to bed.  Lately I've found that I will brish my teeth after eating when I'm at home.  I'm not sure why I started doing that but I can't see why it would hurt.

I just got braces off a couple weeks ago.  I've been used to brushing in the morning and then after each meal, and then before bed, for the last 2 years.  Now I'm keeping it up because I brush after eating then put the retainer in, except now it's easier to floss so I floss every day too.

Flossing is more important than brushing....making them clean on the outside means nothing....getting out all the shit stuck under the gum line means everything.

I used to bruch twice a day, but after buying an electric toothbrush I find myself brushing after meals most of the time. I just love that vibrator feel in my mouth.

Here's my dental routine.
Brush w/Sonicare
Clean tongue with tongue cleaner (breath remedy brand)
Floss with Oral B "satin" tape floss (this stuff is great!)
Rinse w/Natural Citrus Listerine
Rinse w/ACT flouride rinse

P.S. ...am I the ony one who owns a TONGUE CLEANER? If you dont have one, get one. You will be surprised at all the gunk stuck on your tongue...even after brushing. It makes your mouth feel so much cleaner.

The direct gas inpingement system running in the tube from my gut to my cakehole forces me to clean after any action (meal). Otherwise, I jam up and start having gas ejection problems around my action and breach.
