yep. i proposed that we actually support a national firearm operator's license program in a political exchange for a 2nd amendment redux, minus the prefatory language and expressly specifying:
-individual citizen -infantry-equivalent small arms (to allow for energy weapons in the future) -'no confiscation' clause needless to say, my welcome here was a little...bumpy.  |
