Very cute dog.

Here is "Mom" and our baby girl Natashia at eight weeks.  Natashia is 10 months old now and eighty pounds.  She has eaten everything in my backyard: sprinklers, deck, chair cushions, telephones, flashlights, bike seats, etc.  Regardless, I love her like she was one of my kids.

We are going to crate train him.

His visits to the backyard are supervised. We also have an exercise pen we can put up in the grass.

One thing you gotta make sure about a lab pup is, is that their asshole isn't to big.  The first time they jump into the water, they'll fill up and drown.  The breeders usually have them set for quail as a pup.  The problem is easily rectified.  Reach under him and squeeze his balls as hard as you can.  That should up his pucker factor 10 fold and the problem will be solved.

Puppy teeth are the sharpest thing known to mankind.

A retired veterinarian once said that the thing he missed the most about his former practice was puppy breath.

Labradors are wonderful dogs.  Congratulations.

We had a really good first night last night. We put him in his crate next to the bed when we went to sleep. He yelped for a couple of minutes then went to sleep. We only had to tap on the crate twice during the night to calm him down. He has yet to have an accident in the house or in his crate. When he moves toward the back door we take him out and he goes potty.

My black Lab "Lucky" says hi!!!!!!!labs are the best. They require LOTS of attention, and patience. Hide everything of value!!!!!!!

He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, fauthful and true, to the last beat of of his heart. You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion.
