I am just watching 2 wheel tuesday and the host said that they had put the bike on a dyno the day before and the day after the incident and it only dynoed at like 118hp. Pretty week, unless he just tuned it up for that day inbetween.

He pled not guilty.  If his bike really does only have 118 hp then he wasn't doing 205.
