Let me help ya off that high horse. First of all like I said Traci is about 2 years OLDER than me. So it's not like I was into "little girls" in high school. Second, I think it's shame she got fucked up on drugs and into porn at 16 but that was her bad decision. Also it's not like the 8 year old kiddie porn stuff. I was doing my best to fuck 16 year olds at the time so it wasn't anything "deviant" for me. Third, again I stress this is more nostalgia for me. When I was infatuated by Traci in Jr. High I thought she was 18 and believed she was. I wasn't into Traci then because she was underage. I'm not into Traci now because she was underage. She knew what she was doing when she got into those films so I have no moral objection such as I have for say a 12 year old who isn't capable of knowing better or forced into kiddie porn. And finally Traci doesn't "look" underage so she doesn't do anything for most people who are into "little girls" and trust me when I say "little girls" never did it for me. I was into Traci who WAS older than me and looked a hellova lot older than she actually was. |

Yeah but I don't think Traci Lords films are quite the same thing as what most people think of when you say "child porn." In fact I think things like "Pretty Baby" with Brooke Shields are a lot closer to child porn than any Traci film. I still don't know how that movie got made legally. And technically you are correct. It is wrong. That is why it isn't still marketed and those who produced it don't profit from it. I happen to get an original copy of NWH but I'm not about to start thinking it's evil because Traci was only 17 when she made it. And it's certainly possible people suspected her age but she did have a ID that stated she was legal. It was she that broke the law and again she knew damn well what she was doing. They did their part and checked her ID, she broke the law when she obtained a fake one. |

The rules are screwed up for things like what happened to dear ol' Traci.
For example, here in PA, the age of consent is 16. So, you could do EXACTLY the same things to her that were done in the movie and NOT be breaking any laws. But if you happened to leave a video camera running while she was doing it, then you go to prison. Heck, if SHE turned the camera on at 16, she would be the one that would be charged. Go figure. |

Holy Shit!...I have a funny story about porn titles:
Back in the late 80s, I was a clerk at a video store (when they were VHS tapes). We had the box covers out on the display racks, and the tapes were on a shelf behind the counter. You brought up the box from the video you wanted, and we gave you the tape. There was always a pile of box covers from tapes that had just been returned, sitting on the counter waiting to be put back out on the shelves. One day this friend of mine, a very attractive, shy, and petite girl, with a very white complexion, walks in with her parents. Her Mom and Dad were older people, and a tad on the loony/cenile side. Anyway, her mom starts looking through the pile of box covers sitting there when she happens upon "RAMBONE"...a pornographic spoof of "RAMBO" that had a similar picture on the box cover to the original, but much cheesier. She holds the box up over her head, (thinking it is the movie "RAMBO, FIRST BLOOD PT II") and shouts loudly accross the crowded store to her husband: "BILL !...LOOK !...THEY HAVE THAT RAMBONE MOVIE YOU LIKE...LETS RENT IT!. Then she turns to another customer who is also looking throuch the box covers, and says: "My husband just LOVES this RAMBONE fella...He watches every movie this guy makes. I like him too...he is SUCH a HUNK of man." My friend's white complexion turned fire engine red...and the whole store full of customers pretty much cracked up. |
