Can you guys tell me which SKS is Caliban Legal? I want to send my brother home with a new toy but dont want him to get in trouble.

All of them...as long as they don't have the gernade launcher attachment.
Russian, Yguo are both good rifles

Bayonet is a-okay since it is a Curio rifle (ie over 50 years old), I have a blade one on my Russian SKS... it will still have to go thru a FFL.
What part of Cali does he live in?

Why FFL? He is here in Alabama and i was just going to send it home with him..FTF transfer a gift even. He lives in huntington beach.
