Does anyone know how to fix Internet Explorer, so that it will play in a different window, or in Windows Media Player?

Right click the link and select open in new window. At least on my system that's how it works.

Worked for me. Save the file, and open it with Media Player Classic.

What? You don't have that? Get it, man!

My thumb hurts just watching that. Nice job.

If all you are seeing is the quicktime thingie, then your video files might be "associated" with Quicktime. JUst a thought. Associate with Windows Media, if you have it.

Wow - I just joined the Black Rifle Club on Firday with a Bushmaster AR10 - I must try this!

It worked for me. The file is 9 MB+ (for a video of 12 seconds), so if you are on dial up - you are SOOL. I'm guessing it was done on a digital camera or its a raw AVI from a digital camcorder, but I could be wrong.
