just some cheap thinly sliced pork.  Hell it turned out to be great, really tender and not chewy at all.

Damn, now THAT looks good!!!

If was wasn't absolutely terrified of being INSTANTLY branded as a homo, I'd ask for that deee-licious pork recipe to be IMed to me.

get soem thin sliced pork
dip one side in a beatten egg
season with salt and pepper
coat the one side with egg wash with itallian style bread crumbs
brown both sides in a pan with some olive oil
place on a baking sheet
put down some mozerella
sauteed onions and mushrooms
some green onions.

Roll up, brush lightly with olive oil
stick it in the oven for 10 at 375 and crank the heat the last for 2-3 minutes at the end.
