in another thread, some guy was saying that LEO marked rifles are going to be 'old' and 'used'. am i missing something?

There is no such thing as an LEO rifle after the AWB expired.

He probably meant that most of the rifles readily available will be old and used because they will come from the LE community and from now on manufacturers don't have to mark the receivers.

how are they 'used' if you are not buying them from an auction site or a private individual but buying them directly from a retailer who dealed to the law enforcement community?
