So I work with this ass wad that is a major ass kisser and he is proud of it! I've called him every word I can think of, ass kisser, ass licker, ass sucker, kiss ass, boot licker, cock sucker, ass muncher, desk diver, you name it. I've been trying to think of new and creative ways to call this guy a ass kisser, any ideals? I would really like a word that isn't a vulgar word that most people don't know that way I could call him that until he broke down and ran for a dictionary. My personal favorite so far? "Conasuer of assholes".

we use the KISS factor at work for ass kissers and call them "Big Sucks"
I work in a factory and you have to keep it simple for some of the people I work with or it just flies right over their head. So when you call them "Big Suck" they just get all red in the face and walk away |

We use one that's similar , 'Blue Falcon' which stands for BF which stands for "Buddy Fucker".
A guy we worked with was ex-Army, I think he got it from that.
