I occasionally monitor my blood pressure and I've noticed my diastolic has gotten lower since the last time. Usually it is about 118/75 or something obscure like that. Lately the diastolic has dropped down to about 65, while systolic stays the same; between 115 and 120. Any health experts know why my systolic remains constant while the diastolic has dropped lower?

ETA: my BPM is also an average of 50.

Thanks, I was wondering if something was wrong. I used to excerise 5 days a week with 30 minutes cardio. BP always bettwen 115-120/75-80. I stopped for awhile and now I'm getting back to 3 days a week, trying to strike a balance between the gym & college and I thought the sudden getting back into working out may of had some affect on my heart because of the low diastolic, which was never that low.

I gotta stay in shape, I have no health insurance!
