I follow the rules and properly display the flag and consider its treatment carefully.  I have been trying to figure out a way (preferably cheap or DIY) to attach the flag to an angled mount flag pole so that (1) it is easier to raise and lower (for inclement weather, etc), and 2) to prevent it from getting wrapped around the pole.  I know I am probably not thinking of something obvious, but short of mounting free rotating cuffs (which I haven't found locally) on the flag pole, I can't figure out an available solution.  Am I just attaching it incorrectly?  If so, please advise.
