Can someone point me to an affordable piece of hardware that would allow me to apply an adjustable (manual) delay to an audio signal?

Watching NFL via satellite and listening to the local radio coverage, I'm hearing the play call 4-5 second before I see it.

I don't know ... you could record both and play them back in sync after the game is over

Tivo will delay the video--the video is already behind the audio. I need to delay the audio.

Move the speakers about 500 or so yards away, that should give you a 4 or so second delay.
