Another good thing for us is the fact that they will be spending time confirming the National Director of Intelligence (Porter Goss). I would like to see that take up a good week.

Let's keep pounding them with e-mails and letters. Even though the fat lady is gargling before the show, she ain't sang yet. Senator William Frist wrote me back assuring me that the ban is a dead issue and should sunset without resistance. Of all the folks I wrote, he's the first one to respond. I wasn't expecting return letters from those who I sent cold hard irrefutable fact filled letters to. I pretty much stumped them, I guess. We'll see what the final 21 days hold.
