That piece of shit refused to investigate the 2020 election. He claimed roughly two weeks after the election that the DOJ had investigated and found nothing worth mentioning. To anyone who knows anything about how the federal bureaucracy operates, that is patently impossible. There is no way that a national election could be investigated within a roughly two-week timeframe. Frankly, they wouldn't even be able to organize a team to perform the investigation within that timeframe. The only possible conclusion to draw from that is that there was no investigation at all, and Bill Barr simply lied to our faces about it. Easily one of the swampiest motherfuckers out there. His rebuke is a seal of approval to me. |
