Like the last time they got beat by A&M?
Probably.
If Saban loses a game, they tend to come back much stronger. I think tamu basically just ensured a bama championship. |

Roll Tide
At least that's what my wife says every day this time of year. |
Yes, but they'll have to go through Georgia twice. It's not going to be easy.

I’m hoping Uga gets to drag his hairy balls over the face of whoever UGA beats in the championship game. I know damn well my Mizzou isn’t going to win another game this year so might as well go for an SEC team that has a chance.
Fuck Alabama and Nick Saban. |

Quoted: Sportsball thread View Quote Shockingly, being totally consumed with internet hand wringing about the state of our country over the last year hasn’t actually accomplished a single thing. Might as well kick back and crack a couple beers and watch the game once in a while. I’m not a football fan personally, but I get it. Not everyone can do hopeless doom 24/7. |

Y’all will beat vandy so one more win at least. As far as OP though I’d say if they beat GA they will win out. Not a bama fan at all though. |

I hope so, but they will likely have to win the rest of their games convincingly and they have to play some decent teams.
Then they will (probably) have to beat Georgia in the SEC Championship game. Then they will have to hope that they get into the playoff with one loss, and they probably will if they beat Georgia. And then they will have to win two more really tough games. That's a lot to hope for from a team that is very, very good, but not as dominant as they have been in some recent years. |
If Bama can beat UGA in Atlanta, then Bama will win the NCG.
The task looks a lot more challenging now than it did last week. |
Maybe not this year, but Kentucky will be a force to reckon with in the future.
No, and after conference changes
They will lose 2 or 3 games a year. |
Well they certainly have an easy schedule so anything's possible.
no. its certainly possible but everyone is gonna have a hard time getting past georgia this year.
I don't think anyone is beating Georgia, but I can certainly be wrong.
There were a bunch of good games last weekend. I thought VA tech had a chance against ND, as well as Nebraska against MI. Big 10 isn't at the top of the rankings, but sure has a lot of decent teams ranked this year. MI State and UofM should be a good game. |

It's awfully hard to say no. Great talent, great coach, and now they are pissed they lost.
I'm glad I'm not whoever they play next. |

View Quote its college football. thats one of the great things about college football, you have these magical unpredictable miracle games. thats what happened with bama and a&m. bama will recover. they had an obviously muddled out-of-balance performance saturday. saban will bring them around. most likely ga or bama will be national champs. i would be extremely surprised if bama doesnt end up in the final 4. |

No. This Alabama team just isn't on the same level as Nick Saban's typical Alabama teams. They will be really, really, super good again at some point. But they are just missing a few things this year and as a result, they are a bit more vulnerable. This team looks human. They aren't the typical Saban juggernaut team. And they probably won't be this season. And you know what? After being so dominant for so many years, I think they've earned the right to have a season where they are a bit of a work in progress. And even then, they still have a top 5 freaking team. Alabama will be back to their usual standards very soon, probably next season. And after a decade plus of total dominance, I'm not going to feel too sorry for them having a slightly off season.
This year's Alabama is Georgia. I'm just hoping my Cats can fill Georgia's usual role while they are occupying Alabama's seat. |

We have the toughest part of our schedule coming up and we look terrible. I can say with confidence we're going to have a new coach next season. |

It's what separates the good coaches from the legends. |

Dawgs are totally dominating both lines of scrimmage and winning with a second string QB.

Quoted: Just out of curiosity, who in the west do you think is going to beat them? I originally thought Ole Miss had the best chance of anyone but that obviously didn't pan out.
