The check is in the mail, so I'd like some input on an avatar to use.
Here are a few I have in mind. Brutal honesty and biting sarcasm, as well as outright flamage is appreciated... as long as you at least tell me which one you like the most or hate the worst. Well, I plan to be around for a while - changing every month is exactly what I'm trying to avoid.  And you didn't include a like-most/hate worst choice.
