Say does anyone here know where a poor schlub like me can get his hands on the major tools needed to build an lower receiver? Pref Used, or borrowed. I have the punches,plastic hammer etc, but the Armorers wrench and the mag block and the other thing. Where can I get these things?

Are you talking just the lower receiver?  I built my first one last month and only needed the tools you already have, a punch, hammer, and phillips screwdriver.  Good luck
