And if so, which one? I would use the "sight down the bore" trick except all of my rifles are semi-auto and don't have bore sight access. I heard negative things about the Site-Lite SL50; other than than I have no info.

I used a laser boresight in my AR-10.  I had to chamber the thing and it was a bit of a pain and it was rough on the sight.

Perhaps try something like this one:

Edited to add:
The laser sure looks like a Laser Devices ([url]www.laserdevices.com[/url]) laser.  I'm not sure why it would have the knobs for zeroing the laser.  Shouldn't it already be zeroed since it's used to zero the sights of your gun?  Dunno.

As a side note, I own the Laser Devices MR2 laser and it won't keep zero unless I wrap Tommy Tape around the zero knobs.
