Santa is not a U.S. Citizen so he is not required to comply with U.S. law. Now if the ATF can catch him while on U.S. soil or airspace then the U.S. authorities could detain him. He is very fast and slippery though and never gets caught and seldom seen.

BTW, what country is the North Pole in? Are we talking true North Pole or magnetic North Pole? CW obviously home alone |

Hope he filed a flight plan last night with all of the CAP over CONUS these days or some little kids are going to be VERY disappointed this morning. Well NORAD does track him but I doubt they share intel with the BATF. |
