On just about every local and national commercial, I keep hearing "Happy Holidays" or "Season's greetings"...but, hardly a peep about Christmas. What is everyone so afraid of? Lord almighty, just say it! Whats to be ashamed of? It's the celebration of Jesus Christ being born. The whole country seems to be afriad or ashamed of the celebratory heritage of CHRISTMAS.

It makes no difference if you are a christian or not...why not just be comforted to acknowledge Christmas? Heck, even in public schools around here, they've taken to the "holiday" route...pretty soon noone will even know what the hell they're getting out of school for.

What a shame...our nation's heritage is being collapsed by socialism. Sad.

It is supposed to more tolerant and inclusive.
You are correct about collapse-by-socialism, but the name for this time of year doesn't actually have much to do with that.

[i]I heard there is no Christmas,
In the silly Middle East..
No Trees, no Snow, no Santa Claus,
They have Different Religious beliefs..
They Believe in Muhammad,
And not in our Holiday..
And so every December,
I go to the Middle East and say..

Hey there Mr Muslim, Merry Fucking Christmas
Put down that book 'The Koran'
and hear some holiday wishes
Incase you haven't noticed,
it's Jesus's Birthday
So get off you heathen Muslim Ass
And fucking celebrate.

There is no holiday season in india,
i've heard..
They don't hang up their stockings,
and that is just absurd..
They've never read a Christmas Story,
They Don't know what Rudolph is about..
And that's why in December,
I'll go to india and shout..

Hey there Mr Hinduist, Merry Fucking Christmas
Dring some 'nog, and eat some Beef
and pass it to the Missus
Incase you haven't noticed,
It's Jesus's Birthday
So get off your heathen hindu ass,
And fucking celebrate.

Now I heard that in Japan,
Everyone just lives in sin..
They pray to several gods,
And put needles in their skin..
On December twenty-fifth,
all they do is eat a cake..
and that is why i'll go to Japan,
and walk around and say..

Hey there Mr Shintoist, Merry Fucking Christmas
God is gonna kick your ass You infidelic pagan scum.
Incase you haven't noticed,
There's festive things to do
So lets all rejoice for Jesus
and Merry Fucking Christmas to you.

On Christmas Day, I travel round the world and say..
Taoists, Korishnas, Buddists
and all you atheists too..
Merry Fucking Christmas to you.
Thank you, Mr Hat..

No DF..it has everything to do with it. Read the Humanist manifesto, then read the Socialist manifesto. They both agree on the point to remove ALL religious beliefs or adherence to a Supreme being. Both idealogies are adamant about debunking beliefs in God or anything above humans. Thus, the socialist/liberals in this country work in every arena of our society to remove religion and/or God. Thats been the norm for the past 30 years...prayer in school, religious "symbols", acknoleging God in public facilities. In some cities it is illegal to put a nativity scene up, why? It is socialism gone amuck. It is reaching every area of our society to destroy it's fabric, so that they can push their own beliefs.

yep...they've torn us up pretty bad. Now they're going after our heritage. Sad.

Stop the presses!  Hold up supper!

Besides that DF...this is also the time of year to impress the "other" side of humanity, if you know what I mean? [:D]

Christmas gifts can make or break a relationship sometimes...it is always the thought that counts, so make that thought count. [;)]

I've always wondered how government sponsored entities (schools, .gov offices, etc.) justify getting Christmas off. They are supposed to be sanitized of Christian innuendo and yet cheerfully take off on Christmas. Doesn't that violate an amendment or something?
