How were you treated at the dealership ?

How did you prepare for the price haggling ?

Nice truck! I have a Tacoma & would buy a Tundra if the 8 cyl. engine had a 5 speed standard transmission.

Sweet truck, congrats!!

I've got a '01 Accescab version that has treated me very well for 2.5 years now.  Enjoy.

I love that truck man,  very nice.  By the way,  I owned a 4x4 Tacoma for a long time,  when I got rid of that that,  I bought a 4x4 4-runner,  love the thing,  Toyota has been very good to me.

By the way,  nice neighborhood man,  very nice.

Very Kindly And they made sure i got what i wanted.

As for Price Haggling I knew they want to make some kind of Profit because it just came out and all..But i tryd my best.. Made sure they thrown in some floor mats and the alarm for free plus 2 years free oil changes.

But if u guys wanna know how much i payed,I'll tell ya

5 year lease
$5,000.00 Down payment
550.00 a month for 60 Months
Which comes out to 38,000.00 all in all

But most likely will keep it for less than 3 years.

MSRP is 39,000.00

I got all the packages and options DVD entertain ment, front skid plate, leather with heated seats all of em..the best part it was all from factory..

But actually i did get a good deal due to the fact i have Bought 5 cars from them.ANd i bring them alot of buisness..Known the Manager for 7 years.

This is the truck i was waiting for..Something i really wanted...And toyota engine lasts a while.

my father had a 84 toyota van that lasted till this day..Only thing we replaced was the Water pump + wear and tear Products.

Nice truck it is about time the Tundra came out with the crew cab.
Did you lease the truck or buy it out right? I have never heard of Toyota or any other manufacture doing a five year lease before.

Only by 2 inches.  They mostly streched the cab and wheelbase.  The bed is also deeper on them.

Damn, that's a great truck.

Now I'm jealous. Oh well.

I guess you won't be leaving the key in the ignition 24/7 like I do with my '84 lincoln .

But can you make money with it!!!??? j/k

Could I ask why the Limited? from what I understand it cost a boat load now and it worthless as resell. (ok so you leased nevermind)
Maby its just me but I would not pay that much for a halfton P/U I dont care if it came with a plasma screen PS2 AND bling bling rims.
One Q honestly why lease and not buy?

38k????

Wow...  My most recent truck is a Ford crew cab, dually, diesel, 4WD, Loaded incl. leather and it cost 40k.

Although the Toyota looks like a really nice truck, MSRP of 39k seem a tad on the high side.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news man but you got fucking raped to the core on that deal.

Your so called friend at the dealership took you to the cleaners.

First of all,  a friend would never let a friend sign a 60 month lease.

Second,  if he did lease you for 60 months,  your payments should have been WAY lower with 5k down.

Again,  sorry to hear about that man.
