Did you cover it with Aluminum foil while cooking?

no we dont, but aftwer we take it off, it is covered with foil and a towel and it sits for a while.  I took the lid off for photo.  It has always been extremely juicy and had GREAT flavor.  Never had a dry turkey off the bbq... but out of the oven i have.

Cant wait to try some, as of this post it is still on the bbq.
