Yeah, they didn't like the way he was sitting, either. If you have to resort to picking someone apart for how they sit or because they don't sing along with a hymn at church, it's because you ain't got shit else.

I don't care that he doesn't know it. It has no bearing on his being a Christian or not.
I also don't care if he's a Christian or not, other than in the general sense that I think it'd be good for everyone. It did not affect my vote and will not in 2020. |

Trump is probably best described as a cultural Christian rather than a practicing one. I have zero doubt that Obama has attended church far more times than he has,big deal. Obama could probably give you a favorite Bible verse,Trump can't,again big deal.
Americans would not vote for someone who is an agnostic or atheist and he knows that Christians are who elected him. Melania is probably vaguely Catholic culturally but does she practice or go to mass? Who really cares? If Christians get upset over this too much they can vote for Bernie Sanders in 2020 I guess. Here is the real thing from this: Trump doesn't say anything,he gets jumped on for being a fake Christian. He does say it and it's proof he's a religious nut. There is no winning. |
