After sitting in a cold home/office all day, I couldn’t take it any more.

It’s cold out!

I had to start a fire!

And, what else to do with a fire but put a big chunk of meat on it? So, I went and got this.

It’s pretty big.

While the fires getting hot, toss a little salt and pepper on it.

Now let it warm up slowly.

Since I’ve got nothing better to do while I wait, I’ll pour a glass.

Now it’s time to put meat to fire!

Once it’s done, make it look fancy!

I put some rosemary on the top for the last couple minutes. Made a huge flavor impact!

Proof that it’s edible.

Open wide!

Here’s my napkin.

That’s it! Beef. It’s what’s for dinner. Tonight, at least.

Haha! Furnace shit the bed Saturday. We’ve been running on electric heaters since. They are bringing a new one tomorrow.

It’s 54 in the House.

Nah, just toss some salt and pepper before you toss it on the grill.

Is it big enough?

Today we had a beautiful sunrise and then the fog moved in and it dropped 20 degrees.  Brrrr.  Then we had the winds and while I was walking the dog, some sprinkling.  After I got back, it was hail.  Then it was warm again.  Just an hour ago it rained and it's cold.  Have a fire going right now.
