From what I have learned from Arfcom exercise/weight lifting threads she probably accomplished this naturally through genetics, dedication of years spent in the gym doing StrongLifts 5x5 (only after realizing lifting hay bales on the farm would cap out her bench press at 400 lbs), not being on her cell phone while working out, taking 30 minute breaks breaks between heavy squat sets, and being on a Keto diet. Oh, and I bet she has a gym girlfriend.

The "extreme steroid weightlifter physique" is a horrible looking aesthetic. It's looks freakish on men and it looks absolutely grotesque on women.

I can hardly think of a more hideous sight than a woman who has used male hormone to grow her muscles to a enormous size and then starved her body fat down until her sinew and veins are showing.

There's always some sad little schmoe who finds some horrible looking woman attractive and then he shakes his finger at us, instructing us to be more .... what?

There is a frontier between looking like a strong woman and looking like a dude.

When the frontier is crossed, which generally requires the use of MALE growth hormone, the strong woman looks like a dude.

When she looks like a dude, I find it unappealing, because I'm not a bisexual.

Most people can't hold nuanced ideas in their head.

Like for example: If weightlifting is GOOD EXERCISE and requires SELF DISCIPLINE, then MORE of it is MORE GOODER EXERCISE and MORE GOODER PRAISEWORTHY.

Even if the thing becomes a steroid fuelled grotesque freakshow, since it's MORE then it must be MORE GOODER.

Kind of like: if you like cake icing on a cake, then a cake that has a 30 inch thick layer of icing must be MORE GOODER. Because icing is GOOD!
