... of cereal at night?
I have one after dinner every once in a while, and I don't know why it's so amazing... but it is. My go-to right now is Peanut Butter Captain Crunch. I remember my dad eating a bowl of Frosted Flakes on occasion after dinner when I was a kid. Maybe that's where I got the idea. So how about it GD, anybody else enjoy a late night bowl? |

I'm typically not a dessert person but sugary cereal makes a good alternative.

Yep. Late night snack instead of chocolate or the like. Rice Krispies without sugar or add ons.

I prefer Rice Chex with a half spoon of sugar and just barely enough milk to start to float the cereal.

Should have been a pho thread.
But yeah mang I'll throw down with a scoop of whatever shit my kids have on breakfast tap at the moment |

Frosted flakes, Apple Jacks, Special K, Product 19 were my faves. Probably had a late-night bowl every couple of days.
Eating keto now, since December. Haven't had a single bowl of cereal since. |

I stopped buying cereal when I got to the point of almost eating an entire box in a sitting I could live off of Cinnamon Toast Crunch

I like to eat high fiber cereal at night and shit my brains out in the morning.

A bowl of crunchy cereal with some ice cold milk is a pretty fantastic late night snack.

Cap'n Crunch & Crunch Berries for the win!
Although Sugar Pops will suffice... |

So we have this one and the blood sugar T2D thread at the same time?
I know who needs to read the other one.... |
|
Yeah I sometimes eat cereal at night. I like Cocoa Rice Krispies and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The chocolate honey bunches of oats are pretty good too.

Fuck no. That shit is already unhealthy. Let's pump our bodies full of sugary carbs at night so we can wake up fatter with the beetus. Yeah... Seriously. Eat a healthy dinner. Eat a healthier desert. You want to eat things with carbs, eat them for breakfast or lunch. NOT after that.
Take care of your health. |

Raisin Bran crunch.
1 part half and half, 1 part milk It's a guilty pleasure I admit. |

A big ol' bowl of sugary carbs with mucus producing cow's milk...what's not to like.
