1. If race, sex, et c. are not reliable markers for distinctions that could reasonably justify decisions in hiring, retention, and promotion, how can they be reliable markers for distinctions that justify diversity as a consideration in hiring, retention, and promotion?

2. If it is impossible for a white male to possess the understanding necessary to judge the actions of women or people of other races, how can a person who is not a white male judge not only the actions but the motives of both contemporary white males and white males who died decades or centuries ago?

You can't use logic and reason against irrational, emotional positions.
