Usually it is due to obnoxious ads loading from 3rd party servers. If you build a site on any reasonably fast server using modern CSS /JS / HTML / etc. without tons of external resources loading it should be nice and quick. It is also possible to make the page display pause until all of the external resources are loaded but that will drastically increase the time before the page starts displaying if it's loading a ton of crap.

I use a computer with a real browser instead of a limited browser on a cellphone. I have no issues. Maybe you should look at the speed of your cellphone instead of bitching about its limited browser. Faster speed quicker loading and less chance to tap on something you don't want to.
