SHE IS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT
Pelosi is their cash cow...she is the one who brings big California bucks to the table. Pelosi is an effective leader. Hate her all you want, and I sure do, but she has made the Democrats into a monolithic voting bloc. Democrats almost never defect on votes. They passed Obamacare with zero bi-partisan support. She is one of the ones who was able to do that. I hate her with a passion, but you really cannot deny her leadership ability. The Dems function as one unit, period. The wacked out Bernie/Fauxcahontas wing, the blue dog centrists, the Congressional Black Caucus, all of them. When she tells them to vote, they vote. They do not fracture, they stand as one. Is she a master legislator as she claims? Her fingerprints are on a lot of stuff they passed when they had full control. Nothing that passed under Zero got passed without her putting her stamp on it that is for sure. But the sobering fact is they are still losing over and over and over again across the board at every level. The takeaway is that Nancy Pelosi likely is the best the Democrats have. The problem for them is it just isn't good enough. Good news for us. |
