Yes.

Started for some unknown reason when i was about 20. Now 21 years later i am hopelessly addicted.

But i am quitting tomorrow. Got a pack and a half left then i am done. No money for more smokes.

I did for about 20 years. Then one day decided to stop. I'm not any richer, don't feel any better,food doesn't taste any different, put on 30 lbs. and always crave them. Smoke free for I think five years (never started counting).

No. I used to have friends that smoked, after a few beers I would bum a few and feel horrible the next day. Now I have no friends.

Hookah, cigars, and on rare occasion, a pipe.

Cigarettes only if I'm several drinks deep...

Smoked for many years before 'stopping.' It doesn't bother me when others do it, but I prefer to not be surrounded by smokey smells all the time.

No, never have. When I was a kid and all my friends started smoking I had asthma to deal with. Honestly, I think having asthma increased my lifespan by 20 years.

I was 43 and it was the night Osama bin goatfucker was killed.

Never been a smoker, other than a cigar or two.

Figured I would have a smoke, been smoking ever since.

Dad has smoked since he was 12, he is now 76 and is pretty healthy, I could die tomorrow but
my smokes keep me happy.

Why?? Merica!!!! that's why!!!

In America smokers are evil, but the guy the chops off his pecker and wears a dress is a hero.

I quit 18 months ago after 18 years of smoking.... The first six weeks sucked ASS, but after getting through that, and how much my life has improved since, I will never go back.

Plus, it's fun to be a self-righteous prick to the millennials that smoke at work.

It gets better, go get some Slim Jims or beef jerky, whatever you like, for the commute home from work, that was the absolute worst for me. Also, don't call a woman a raging cum dumpster in front of her kids, even if she is a shitty driver, it's bad form.

Off and on for 20 years. I can go 18 months without them then back on for a year then off for a year. Most recently was off for 6 months, now I have had 2 packs in the last 2 weeks. When I get really into it I can smoke a pack a day if I work outside.

Yes

Because I am a fucking idiot... I can kick any habit, but cigarettes have me by the balls. Tried everything.

Chantix gave me suicidal thoughts, Welbutrin made me paranoid, E-Cigs are just silly (great until the battery dies, plus I was always congested), patches worked (quit for a year) but I think they barely helped to be honest. To be honest, lack of nicotine doesn't bother me, the physical habit is my problem. Weight gain is an issue, when I quit for a year, I put on 20lbs.

Disgusting habit, I'm ashamed.
