Looks like an upstream DNS provider for many of these is down:

It looks like two places in the North East and North West US are getting hit hard. Literally nothing coming in or out of Russia...
Attack origin and attack target are overwhelmingly both USA.

Hard coding the IP's doesn't seem to be helping. I'm guessing if a service uses DYN they're having internal issues as well.
i.e. I can add a hosts entry and hit external URL's but the services still fail to work properly. Not much to do now but wait. |
