7 or 9 strand?  Does it have the 2 red strands in it?  That is the good stuff.

it is from cabela's so its never going to be the good stuff.
They seem to be slipping quite a bit, this is 3 strand. One grey (large) and two white and they are not braded
I thought it felt a little empty on the inside.

It does say that its a 300# test.

Well, for the Houston crew can you give some to slumlord since he likes it so much.

Also, if you find some of that in hot pink, neon green, or bright orange then let us know so we can get it for SC-Texas.

This was my first paracord wrap project and it came out great, you are gonna have so much fun doing this.
I bought a 1000' from a guy on ebay who claimed it was 7 strand ,it turned out to be 3 strand and I told him and he sent me a whole roll of 7 stard and told me to keep the three strand for my trouble, :)

Anyway here's my Northwest Ranger from SOG and wrapped up,

I don't think that thousand foot roll will be enough.
Look on the bright side ,the more she speaks the more she lies ,with the increase in lies comes the chance of being caught in one.

Are you sure they sent you a full 1000'? Better roll it out and measure it.

cynic

Edited to add: Have your cat help you. They're good at that sort of thing.

I used the Strider site to wrap the grip on my Becker Combat utility knife. http://www.striderknives.com/html/handlewrapping.html
